How to assemble the free flipchart
The reason we prepared this guide is because in the past a number of people had problems and wasted lots of paper before they were able to assemble the flipchart correctly.
Step 1: If available use A4 paper and select landscape as printer properties.
Step 2: If possible use a double sided–capable printer or duplex printer as all the drawings will be in front and text at the back of each page.
Step 3 : As we are using landscape and spiral for binding will be at long edge of paper .
Therefore we should select: "flip long edge on top".
Step 2: Print couple of pages to check your duplex settings are correct..
Please check if drawings (odd page-numbers) are printed on front of the page) and text (even page- numbers- text is upside down!) are printed on back)
Step 3: Print the 67 pages and re-assemble.
The sequence should be: the cover on top of stack, introduction at back of same paper, Table of Contents and page 1 on back of same paper , page 2, page at back etc until end.
Please note that text should be upside down when you turn the papers in the stack .
Step 4: Before binding (put spiral through long edge on top), make sure drawings are on top and the corresponding text (explanations) is below when you flip through the pages.
Step 5: Colour the pages according to your preferences.
Step 5: Share the flipchart.
This flipchart is very effective as drawings tell more than 100 pages.
The text is simple and direct.
There are many references to Holy Writings.
Step 6: We would be very happy if you contact us with suggestions and your personal experiences when using the flipchart.
Looking forward hearing from you soon

Note: Microsoft Word gives you the option to print first the odd pages and then turn the stack over and feed back in printer to print even pages.
